Each staff member is provided with an advanced, 18-hour battery life, water resistant HaloSOS smartwatch. Features indoor and outdoor locating capabilities, SIM backup functionality, and remote management. An intelligent in-watch algorithm ensures accurate room-by-room and public area locating.
Charging Stations
Each charging station accommodates 12 watches. Empty to full charge in just 45 minutes. Wireless charging - just drop in and go.
Management App
Management can use the cloud-based management app on a phone, tablet or desktop. Viewing activities and alerts across hotel floor plans. Alerts can be received via WhatsApp, SMS, email or a phone call.
Locating Technology
Comprehensive coverage is achieved with your existing Wi-Fi access points or our discrete Bluetooth beacons. Beacons are placed in areas requiring additional coverage, such as public spaces, back-of-house, car parks, and gyms, ensuring your teams can locate and communicate seamlessly regardless of their whereabouts.
